WHAT TIME WILL THE TRUCK COME?

Our trucks start as early as 7AM and stay out until finished. We route our trucks to finish between 4 and 6 PM but because of unpredictable circumstances some days they are out later than that. You can call the warehouse (301-499-4307) the morning of delivery to find your stop number. However, becuase of the variable nature on the driver's route, it is not feasibile to know what the truck will arrive at your home.

PRIOR TO THE TRUCKS ARRIVAL.

Prior to the truck's arrival, you must clear your room(s) of existing furniture. The driver cannot rearrange or remove your old furniture. We cannot make a second trip to complete setup if your room is not prepared.

THE PERSON RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY

An adult (at least 18 years old) must receive your delivery. If someone other than the purchaser signs the delivery receipt, we will follow only their special instructions. We cannot make a second trip to comply with any instructions not given during the driver's initial trip.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED

Call the Store or Sales Manager where you made your purchase while the drivers are still in your home. Unacceptable merchandise should be refused and returned with driver the same day. No items in your home will be exchanged until they have been inspected by our Service Department and the exchange approved by the Store or Sales Manager.

Regular Delivery

  1. $59 + 3% of the merchandise total
  2. Includes delivery, set-up on most items we sell, removal of boxes, plus availability of In-Home Service.

 

Next Day Delivery

  1. Regular Delivery fee ($59 + 3%)
  2. Plus $30 for a sale up to $1,500.00
  3. Plus $40 for a sale over $1,500.00
  4. Based on daily availability

 

Same Day Delivery

  1. Regular delivery fee ($59 + 3%)
  2. Plus $40 for a sale up to $1,500.00
  3. Plus $50 for a sale over $1,500.00
  4. Based on daily availabilty

 

Time Stops

  1. Regular delivery fee ($59 + 3%)
  2. Before 12 noon-  incurs additional $20.00
  3. After 12 noon- incurs additional $20.00
  4. After 3pm- incurs additional $40.00
